Door-to-door, on One Car Carrier
We never have and never will use the terminal-to-terminal process of moving vehicles. All our car transports use one car carrier. We pick up right from you and deliver right back to you. That is door-to-door auto transport.
If a large truck can't safely reach your address, the driver will meet you at a nearby location where the carrier can safely load and unload.
Carriers We Vet
We go beyond online reviews to vet our car carriers. We vet every carrier for safety, insurance coverage, performance history, and customer feedback.
Once we assign a carrier, you receive its name and direct business phone number. You can request a copy of its operating authority and insurance certificate. Before you release your car, you can decline the carrier and ask to be matched with another.
Our Damage Free Guarantee Is Backup Coverage
The carrier's insurance pays first. In rare cases where a carrier refuses to pay, or there are delays or disputes, our Damage Free Guarantee kicks in:
- Need to use your own insurance? We'll reimburse your deductible, up to $500.
- Repair cost $500 or less? We'll cover it directly—no need to involve your insurance at all.
Clear Pricing and Payment
Your total price has two parts: our service fee (the deposit) and the carrier's fee. We don't charge the deposit until we assign and confirm a carrier. Once you have the carrier's information, the deposit is due, and the carrier's balance is due on or before delivery.
