🔒 What Is the Damage Free Guarantee?

Our Damage Free Guarantee ensures that if your vehicle is damaged during transport, you won’t pay out of pocket. Every carrier we work with carries active cargo insurance, which should cover any damage caused in transit.

But if something doesn’t go as expected, we step in to make sure you’re protected.

🛠️ How It Works

1. Carrier Covers First

When your vehicle is picked up, the driver performs a detailed inspection and records any existing damage on a Bill of Lading (BOL). The same happens at delivery.

If new damage is discovered and clearly occurred during shipping, the carrier’s insurance is responsible for the repair. We’ll help guide you through the claim process with them.

2. Our Backup Coverage

In rare cases where a carrier refuses to pay, or there are delays or disputes, our Damage Free Guarantee kicks in:

  • Need to use your own insurance? We’ll reimburse your deductible, up to $500.
  • Repair cost $500 or less? We’ll cover it directly—no need to involve your insurance at all.

📋 What’s Covered?

The Damage Free Guarantee applies to transport-related, visual damage—like scratches, dents, or broken mirrors that were not present at pickup. It does not apply to:

  • Mechanical issues not caused by the carrier

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage from personal items left in the vehicle

✔️ How to Qualify for the Guarantee

To be eligible, please make sure to:

  • Inspect your vehicle thoroughly at both pickup and delivery

  • Note any damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery

  • Take clear, timestamped photos before and after shipping

  • Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery
